We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and very annoying for our customers. If backorders do occur, Our Customer Service Department will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery date. We will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "refund" for the backordered item's. You will be charged only for the item's shipped, not the backorders. All taxes out, FOB our warehouse.
